Order Emails

  • After placing an order, you generally will receive a confirmation email instantly. If you don't give it a day or two and see check if you got one. If you don't its most likely a ghost order or your order got canceled instantly. Get an order confirmation doesn't really mean anything, it just shows you successfully placed the order, but it does not guarantee you that the shoe will actually ship. Shipping confirmations can take up to a day or 2 to get. If you don't its most likely a loan and it will take a couple of days to get your money back depending on your bank.

  • Sometimes when running restocks, they load fake stock. The bot will still pick up the item and start checking out. This will lead to a lot of loans and you won't receive any emails.

  • There is a total of 6 different emails that you can receive from Footsites.

Order Confirmation

  • Getting an order confirmation just means your order was placed successfully.

Order Shipped

  • If you get an email saying that the item has successfully shipped, your order will not get canceled, and just hope the box isn't messed up when you get it

Order Arrived

  • You will probably get your shoe before your even receive this email.

Order Cancelled

  • If you got canceled, you have to wait a couple of days to get refunded.

Delayed

  • If you got an email saying "Hi (Your name) It's taking a bit longer to complete your order. We're trying to track down your item..." This can either end in your order being canceled or your order going through. Personally, this has only happened to me once, and the order ended up shipping.

Sold Out

  • If you get an email saying the item you order sold out, it just means they oversold.
